PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All vehicles are hired on 100kms (maximum per day) extra millage is Usd 1.2 per kilometers
2. Self drive is negotiable, Car hired on monthly basses can be negotiable...
3. Tariff will not change without notice
4. Rates are excluding 20% VAT
5. In case of outside city drive, USD 20 in daily paid to the driver being safari allowance
6. The company reserve the right to refuse or terminate a hire without assigning any person
7. To our of town trips, tariffs may differ according to routes
8. Any other cost i.e. packing tickets, car entrance is not on clients accounts
9. ACCIDENT
   In case of major accident that will badly damage the car, the hirer will have to pay US$ 1200 to reliance Insurance Company to buy another car of the same type and cost. (Applied on self drives only).
10. MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT
    Maximum speed used  for self-drive hired car must not be driven more than 80 km per hour.Incase of  a bad accident  happened  and  finded out  that  the  hirer used more than 80 km per hour then the hirer will have to be penalted .That is he/she will have  to buy  a new car of  the same type and the same cost immediately.
11. SELF DRIVING
    Self driving Self drive can be hired at least from 4 days onwards, while chauffer drive can be hired from 1 day on and on.
12. CONTRACT VARIATIONS
    T he  rate mentioned in the agreement are subject to change without prior notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them, in the event of a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates mentioned herein, Green tour car hire and safari’s serves the right to pass on any increase to tour operator or a client.
13.  PAYMENTS POLICY
    A deposit of60% is required at the time of booking, the balance is due  45 days before commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
14.  CHILDREN POLICY
    Children between the age of 3 and 12 years          
    pays 60% of the adult rate if sharing a room with two adults
    Pays  80% of the adult rate if sharing a room with another child/ren
    Pays 100% of the adult rate  if sharing a room with one adults
    No discount on Holiday and other supplements
15. CANCELLATION POLICY
    All cancellations must be received in writing, As all supplier charge cancellation fees, they  are in turn passed on to us. Reservation that are cancelled ,reduced on length of stay or reduce in number of occupancy are subjected to cancellation and no-show fees, following is the scale for cancellation charges:
    35% if cancellation between 45 and 35 days prior to arrival
    50% if cancellation between 45 and 15 days prior to arrival
    100% if cancellation between 14 and 24 hours prior to arrival
16. ITINERARY CHARGES:
    Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that the hotelier in Tanzania may be obliged to occasionally change route on safari as dictated by changing conditions.
    Such condition may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfield and in game  areas, by game migrations from one region to another ,or airline or other booking problems etc, Green tour car hire and safari’s with  communicate with you for such itinerary or accommodation changes.
